No. No astrological technique has been shown to predict whether or when someone will marry. The methods commonly offered (seventh-house rulers, Jupiter or Venus transits, the D-9 Navamsa in Vedic astrology, progressed Moon phases) produce plausible-sounding windows that no study has ever validated. Marriage timing also depends heavily on culture, law, economics and another person's free choices, none of which are in your chart.

Start with Rider-Waite-Smith or a close derivative. Its Minor Arcana cards are fully illustrated with scenes, which is what makes the deck learnable, and almost all modern tarot writing describes its imagery. Thoth, designed by Aleister Crowley with art by Lady Frieda Harris, is denser and assumes esoteric background. Marseille is the oldest of the three and has plain pip cards, which suits experienced readers and defeats beginners.

Earthly branches form fixed relationships with each other. The six clashes (冲) pair opposite branches, Rat with Horse, Ox with Goat, and so on. The six combinations (合) bind pairs together. The four three-harmony trines group branches into elemental teams. Harms, punishments and destructions add further layers. With four natal branches plus a Luck Pillar and an annual branch, most charts contain several of these at any time, so treat any single one with caution.

Living near a line is read as amplifying that planet's themes. It requires an exact birth time and makes no verified claim about outcomes.

2027 has five eclipses: annular solar on 6 February at 17.6° Aquarius, penumbral lunar on 20 February, total solar on 2 August at 9.9° Leo, and penumbral lunar eclipses on 18 July and 17 August. The 2 August total solar eclipse is the headline event of the decade: its path crosses North Africa with more than six minutes of totality, among the longest of the century. Mars retrogrades from January to April, Mercury three times, and Jupiter enters Virgo in July.

### [Can astrology predict death?](https://asternym.com/blog/can-astrology-predict-death)

No. Astrology can't predict death, not whether, not when, not how. There's an elaborate traditional apparatus that claims to: the eighth house of death, the maraka or 'killer' planets of Jyotish, the Hellenistic length-of-life procedures, the calculated part of death. Every one of them is a rule taught with confidence, and not one has ever been shown to work under conditions that rule out chance. AsterNym won't calculate any of it, and neither should anyone charging you for it. If this question is coming from fear instead of curiosity, that fear deserves a person, not a chart.

Palmistry, also called chiromancy, is the traditional art of reading character and fortune from the hand. It centres on three or four major lines: the heart line, read for emotions and relationships; the head line, read for the mind and thinking style; the life line, read for vitality and the shape of life; and the fate line, read for career and life path, which not everyone has clearly. One common myth needs correcting at once. The life line does not tell you how long you will live. Palmists also read the fleshy mounts of the palm and traditionally compare the dominant and non-dominant hands. It is a cultural divination art with no scientific basis.
