The answer
No. No astrological method predicts fertility, conception or pregnancy. The techniques offered (the fifth house and its ruler, Jupiter transits, the Saptamsa divisional chart in Vedic astrology) have never been validated against outcomes. Fertility is a medical matter with real, time-sensitive clinical factors, and it's the area where taking astrological timing seriously can cost you the most. If you're trying to conceive, the right next step is a doctor, not a chart. AsterNym doesn't calculate it.
The direct answer, and why we are careful with it
Astrology can't tell you whether or when you will conceive. There is no ambiguity in the evidence, because there's no evidence, and this is one place where we would rather be plain than gentle, because gentleness that leaves the door open can do harm here.
We're firmer about this than about most astrological claims because the downside is concrete and it's medical. Fertility is time-sensitive in a way few things are. Someone who waits to investigate a problem because a chart suggested a favourable window later, or who holds off during a period an astrologer called unfavourable, may lose time that clinically mattered. That isn't a hypothetical. It's the specific way this particular claim causes damage.
What gets offered instead
The techniques need describing plainly, because named and explained they're far less persuasive than they sound.
Fertility forecasts are the one product I think the trade should be ashamed of.
- The fifth house. Traditionally the house of children, alongside creativity, romance and play. Transits to it or its ruler count, for most modern astrologers, as fertile periods. In modern practice the fifth house is read much more often for creative work and self-expression than for pregnancy.
- Jupiter transits. Jupiter signals, to astrologers, abundance and takes about twelve years to circle the chart, so it contacts the fifth house on a schedule anyone can compute in advance. That regularity is dressed up as significance.
- The Saptamsa (D-7). The Vedic divisional chart for progeny. Like all divisional charts it multiplies the available symbolism, which makes a reading more elaborate instead of more accurate.
- Progressed Moon and lunar returns. Slow cycles tied to the Moon, and therefore rhetorically easy to link to fertility. The association is symbolic, not physiological. The Moon isn't doing anything to a body.
Each of these produces several candidate windows across a decade. A wide net looks like accuracy in hindsight and predicts nothing in advance: the window that happens to land near a real event is remembered, and the many that didn't aren't.
The part that is cruel
People search this question at a hard time. Many have been trying for a while. Some have had losses. A reading offered into that isn't neutral entertainment, and it isn't harmless.
A reading that says the window has passed can be devastating and rests on nothing. A reading that promises a window ahead can produce months of waiting for a date that was invented, and it is arguably the worse of the two, because it feels like kindness while it costs you time. Neither is grounded in anything that has been shown to work.

What a chart can do
Nothing about fertility. But if what you want is a way to think about a season of your life (what you're building, what you're carrying, what you need right now) the reflective use of a chart is available and harmless, as long as it stays reflective.

AsterNym doesn't calculate fertility, conception timing, pregnancy, or the number or sex of children. It lies on the published refusal list alongside death and illness prediction.
We also don't build these features later, and we don't use fertility-adjacent phrasing to imply a prediction while technically avoiding one, no 'a fertile window opens for you this year'. That's a prediction with a hedge attached, and the hedge doesn't undo its effect on someone reading it while they're trying to conceive.
