Group chat dynamics by sign
For fun, obviously. Though there is one real observation buried in it.

The short answer
This one is for fun, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise. Sorting people into twelve chat roles by birth month is entertainment, not analysis. The roles below are drawn from each sign's traditional element and modality rather than invented, and the one genuinely useful observation is that group chats have structural roles that get filled regardless of who is in them.
The twelve, played straight-faced

These follow from element and modality rather than being invented freely — cardinal signs start things, fixed signs hold positions, mutable signs adapt and scatter. The modality cheat sheet is doing the actual work here.
The honest bit
None of this is a claim about anybody. Twelve categories applied to eight billion people is a horoscope column, and the reason these read as accurate is the Barnum effect plus the fact that everyone has been in a group chat.
We are saying that plainly because the rest of this journal spends its time being careful, and it would be strange to abandon that here. A piece can be for fun and still say it is for fun.
The one real observation
Group chats do have structural roles, and they get filled regardless of who is in the group.
Someone becomes the organiser. Someone becomes the one who never replies. Someone mediates. If the organiser leaves, another person moves into the role rather than the role disappearing.
That is a genuine feature of small groups, studied under headings like role differentiation, and it is not astrological. It also explains why these lists feel accurate: you are recognising roles that reliably exist, and the sign attached to each is arbitrary.
Which is arguably a more interesting observation than any of the twelve rows above.
If you want the version with something behind it
Look at the whole chart rather than the Sun. Mercury describes how someone communicates — directly, at length, in fragments. Modality balance describes whether someone starts, sustains or adapts. Both are at least placements the tradition assigns to the question.
