Hexagram 25 line 3: Innocence, yin in the third place

Undeserved misfortune. The cow tethered by a wanderer is the passer-by's gain and the villager's loss.
Loss that is nobody's fault, or someone else's. The innocent person suffers for another's act. The line simply states it: such things happen, and the point is not to let an unfair loss turn you toward unfairness.
Advice. Accept the undeserved loss without becoming someone who deserves one.
What changes when line 3 moves
Line 3 of Hexagram 25 is yin, a broken line. When it is cast as old yin (a 6) it flips, and the hexagram becomes Hexagram 13, Fellowship: Open fellowship in the open: union built on a shared purpose rather than a shared clique.
