Edmund Morris (born May 27, 1940, Nairobi, Kenya; died 2019), was an American writer. Morris is best remembered for Dutch: A Memoir of Ronald Reagan and The Rise of Theodore Roosevelt. Morris's honours include Pulitzer Prize for Biography, National Book Award and Los Angeles Times Book Prize.
