What 6D is
A six-digit game — you pick a number from 000000 to 999999 and win if it is drawn. Sports Toto runs one in Malaysia alongside its 4D and 5D games, and the Philippines runs a 6D game too. Unlike a 6-from-49 draw there is no combination to choose: the number is the number.
That makes the odds easy to state and hard to like. There are exactly one million six-digit numbers, so a straight bet on one of them is 1 in 1,000,000 for first prize. Most 6D games pay smaller prizes for matching the first or last few digits, which is where almost all realised winnings come from.
Why the numbers never change
Every other lucky-number generator on the internet reshuffles when you refresh, which quietly tells you the numbers mean nothing. Yours are derived from your birth date, your Day Master and your Lo Shu grid, so they are the same today and next year. If the method is worth anything, that is the only honest way to present it — and if it is worth nothing, at least you can see that it is consistent.
