The answer

The interesting question underneath is why rewatching is comforting at all, and the answer is about predictability, not astrology.

Why rewatching works
After a long teaching day I put on the same Thai cooking show my mother-in-law watches, and I can't follow half of it, which is exactly why it works. Rewatching removes uncertainty: no anticipatory tension, no ending you might hate. Repeated exposure raises liking, the familiarity effect. And you can follow it with half a mind while you stretch.
I rewatch the same show every winter and my sign has nothing to do with it, and neither, I'd gently suggest, does yours.
