Lucky La Tinka numbers
Four lines of six numbers from 50, weighted by the digit roots your chart favours. Drawn Sundays and Wednesdays.
Numbers built from your chart, not a shuffle
Any site can pick random numbers. Weighting the pool by your own Day Master, Life Path and Lo Shu grid needs your birth moment.
What La Tinka is
| Game | Numbers drawn | Jackpot odds |
|---|---|---|
| La Tinka | 6 of 1–50 | 1 in 15,890,700 |
Six from 50, drawn on Sundays and Wednesdays. The same shape as Malaysia's Star Toto: identical odds, opposite side of the world. There are 15,890,700 ways to choose 6 numbers from 50, and a line covers exactly one of them, which is the whole arithmetic behind the 1 in 15,890,700.
All the ways this can pay
Nothing here is transcribed. Every row falls out of the format above by counting matching draws and dividing by the total.
| Result | Odds of exactly this |
|---|---|
| Match 6 | 1 in 15,890,700 |
| Match 5 | 1 in 60,192 |
| Match 4 | 1 in 1,120 |
| Match 3 | 1 in 60.0 |
Read as: one line, that exact match. Whether it pays anything is the operator's rule, not arithmetic.
Other draws you can read this way
Same birth data, a different pool to fit it to. There is also every lucky-number calculator.
The birthday problem
Every line has the same chance and that is not in dispute. What differs is company. A line thousands of other people also filled in pays the same and divides further, which is the only lever anyone has here.
19 of the 50 numbers on a La Tinka form are above 31, which puts them outside every birthday, anniversary and door number in play. Dates cannot reach past 31, so every line built from one crowds into the same stretch of the board. Lines built entirely from calendar numbers make up 4.6 per cent of the possible lines, and a far larger share of the tickets people fill in by hand. A line reaching above 31 wins no more often. It is held by fewer people when it does.
Figures computed from each game's own format. The calculator above weights your pool by your chart rather than by this, and neither approach makes a draw more predictable than it is.
Six from 50 in Peru
La Tinka is Peru's main number draw, six from 50, with a secondary chance attached for players who match five. Intralot runs it under licence rather than the state running it directly, which is the common arrangement across South America and a difference from the state-operated Asian games on this site.
Fifty numbers is a slightly wider pool than the 6/49 games Europe standardised on, and the odds move accordingly. The prize-tier table below is computed from that pool, not copied from the 6/49 figures that circulate for every game of roughly this shape.
The difference is one number, which sounds like nothing and is not. Adding a fiftieth ball to a six-number draw removes a meaningful slice of your chance, and it is the reason quoting the familiar 6/49 odds here would be wrong rather than close enough.
