Lucky Mexican lottery numbers
Lines for all three Pronósticos draws, Melate six from 56, Melate Retro six from 39 and the daily Chispazo five from 28, weighted by the digit roots your chart favours.
Numbers built from your chart, not a shuffle
Any site can pick random numbers. Weighting the pool by your own Day Master, Life Path and Lo Shu grid needs your birth moment.
The formats, side by side
| Game | Numbers drawn | Jackpot odds |
|---|---|---|
| Melate | 6 of 1–56 | 1 in 32,468,436 |
| Melate Retro | 6 of 1–39 | 1 in 3,262,623 |
| Chispazo | 5 of 1–28 | 1 in 98,280 |
Melate
Six from 56, run by Pronósticos and drawn three times a week. The Revancha and Revanchita draws reuse the numbers you already picked, so one line enters all three. There are 32,468,436 ways to choose 6 numbers from 56, and a line covers exactly one of them, which is the whole arithmetic behind the 1 in 32,468,436.
Melate Retro
Six from 39, the same family as Melate but a much smaller pool, which makes it the best odds of any Mexican draw here. There are 3,262,623 ways to choose 6 numbers from 39, and a line covers exactly one of them, which is the whole arithmetic behind the 1 in 3,262,623.
Chispazo
Five from 28, drawn daily. The smallest pool of any game on this site, and the shortest odds by a wide margin. The prize is correspondingly small. There are 98,280 ways to choose 5 numbers from 28, and a line covers exactly one of them, which is the whole arithmetic behind the 1 in 98,280.

Three formats, one operator
Pronósticos runs Melate, Melate Retro and Chispazo, and they sit at very different scales: 6/56, 6/39 and 5/28. Chispazo is the smallest game on this entire site by pool size, and it has by far the best odds of any line here, which is not how it is advertised.
Mexican lottery money funds public assistance programmes, and the national lottery's older sibling, the LoterÃa Nacional, still uses the pre-printed shared-ticket format Spain uses at Christmas. Between the two you get both models in one country: numbers you choose and numbers you are handed.
One thing to watch on this page: Chispazo draws from 28 numbers, so every number on that slip is inside calendar range. The date advice below applies to Melate and Melate Retro. On Chispazo there is nowhere else to go.
The Mesoamerican calendar count, worked out for your birth date. Your Maya day sign.
The only edge on this page
None of this makes a draw more likely to go your way. The balls have no memory and no preference. It bears on one thing only: how many other people picked what you picked, and therefore how far a shared prize has to stretch.
Melate
Only 55 per cent of the Melate pool falls inside calendar range: 31 numbers a date could give you, 25 it cannot. Dates cannot reach past 31, so every line built from one crowds into the same stretch of the board. Lines built entirely from calendar numbers make up 2.3 per cent of the possible lines, and a far larger share of the tickets people fill in by hand. A line reaching above 31 wins no more often. It is held by fewer people when it does.
Melate Retro
8 of the 39 numbers on a Melate Retro form are above 31, which puts them outside every birthday, anniversary and door number in play. Birthdays, anniversaries and door numbers all run out at 31, and hand-filled slips cluster there accordingly. Lines built entirely from calendar numbers make up 22.6 per cent of the possible lines, and a far larger share of the tickets people fill in by hand. Going above 31 buys you no extra chance at all. It buys you fewer people to share with.
Chispazo
Chispazo runs a pool that stops at 28, which means the calendar covers the whole board and there is nowhere to hide from other players' birthdays. There is no uncrowded half to move into, because the whole pool is calendar range. Whatever anyone tells you about avoiding birthdays does not apply to this game.
Every number here falls out of the format above. The generator works from your chart instead, and neither method can tell you what will be drawn.
